Thomas R. Burnside III has been engaged in an active civil litigation practice in Augusta, Georgia and around the State since 1991, at both the trial and appellate court levels. The primary focus of his litigation practice includes personal injury, class actions, workers compensation, business and commercial disputes. While experience in these practice areas includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants, the personal injury experience has been primarily on behalf of plaintiffs for injuries arising from automobile collisions, medical malpractice, professional negligence, work injuries and nursing home neglect and abuse. |
